Plant Heroes

Saplings! Healthy and beneficial trees and plants are being invaded by hungry bugs that harm them. Also, some trees are being attacked by fungi and fungi-like microorganisms that cause diseases like the nasty Ramorum Blight. We are glad you are here and interested in catching these "alien" bugs... bugs that do not belong here. They cause a lot of damage to neighborhood trees. Imagine trees in your neighborhood being wiped out! Not cool. The Plant Heroes use their knowledge to stop the bad guys. You can be a hero, too, by learning more about invasive species.
